Suggestion for oil/solvent soluble corrosion inhibitor

First I’ll state my purpose. I have a few solvent dye powders and I want to dissolve in toluene to make concentrates. With these dye solutions I want to embellish bare mild steel and stainless steel with or without patina. I then want to be able to seal the dyed finish with lacquer or acrylic resin.

I so far found limited information on imidazolines via google search but was looking for something that meets these criteria:
Be colorless or pale colored
Soluble in toluene, naphtha, MEK or acetone
Won’t affect the drying and curing of clear coat finishes
Specifically effective for ferrous metals.

I’m hoping someone who reads this works with this on a professional level or has in the past

Thanks I’m advance
