What might this be made of? Watching another Teflon bonding video by another company, they used super glue and a primer of some sort. At the end of
this first clip it looks like pretty good results. And no rubber gloves or seemingly overly toxic substances ...

I came across this which offered some possible insight for glueing Teflon. And I see you can buy "Aron Alpha PP Primer For Use With Instant Adhesives
To Bond Polyolefine Plastics" 100 ml for $27.00. and a Loctite brand "3-PACK) Loctite 142624 SF 770 Polyolefin Primer 10g Bottles" both on eBay.
