Different bp in ntp and vacuum?

I stripped a solution up to 145C boiler temp, and further vacuum distilled it. The vacuum condensate was redistilled to extract presumed solvents, but it boiled to almost dryness up to 120c, majority coming between 100-113C.

Why this happens? Does the solute form adhering solutions like water does with many hygroscopic substances that need a lot of energy to separate, but boil at specific temp alone?
