The nature of piezoelectric sparks used for testing of compounds is useful inasmuch as it could partially tell you how sensitive the material could be
towards static, but it will not tell you how readily such a material itself can contribute to generating such a static discharge.
For this latter part, some organic peroxides are among the worst. Conductivity is low.
Another thing to consider about piezoelectric ignitors, is that the discharges that some of them can generate are less than human generated
discharges.
Static incidents dealing with generation and initiation of and by static are subjected to a variability of factors which are known to involve static
hazards: certain clothing worn in handling (cotton is safer, polyester is terrible), the weather and humidity (dry cold weather is the worst), how the
material is treated (agitating can build up charges) is handled and what it interacts with, the crystal size of the material (large chunks ignite much
more readily), etc.

Powders can build up charges readily due to their mobility (thinking triboelectric effect), but I've seen large crystals of primaries detonate from
piezoelectric sparks easier than small crystals and powders.
