Did you check the image I've attached here for Na2SO4 * 7H2O, Na2SO4 * 10H2O? At the same temperature there are 2 values for the solubility, you can use a ruler to check that. So, if you try to measure the solution in equilibrium with solid Na2SO4 * 7H2O it becomes supersaturated in relation to Na2SO4 * 10H2O.
