Sample analysis in Europe

I think i may have accidentaly made a unusual allotrope of carbon and would like to have a sample analyzed. Powder XRD should be appropriate for this though it is something way beyond my own capability so i would have to use some XRD service. Does anyone have experience doing something like this? Any advice is welcome.

Pictures would not be very interesting it is just a black. I have not isolated it yet either but it should be very easy as it is magnetic.
