Could you provide more information? Exactly what difficulties are you having, and what procedures are you using for the diazotization? We can’t provide very much help without at least the basics of how you going about this, and what you have available.

Most likely. Diazotizing aliphatic amines usually result in the diazonium group leaving (favored entropy-wise due to the resultant gas release) and the remaining carbocation reacting with anything in the environment. Given the lability of cyclopropane-containing compounds, a ring opening most likely happened.
