Why is there no equal and opposite force from fluid movement due to pressure gradient force?
Why do people say that there is an equal and opposite force from gas movement due to pressure gradient force?
if this were true, the when the wind blows on the back of your head, then you should feel the air in front of you push off your face as it moves away
from you.

if the wind blows on the back of my head, and exerts a force there, Newton's Third Law states that a complementary force exists which is equal (that
is, of the same magnitude) and opposite (that is, in the other direction). In other words, it says that the back of my head pushes backwards on the
air as hard as the air pushes forward.
