PRIORITY OF SUBSTANCES

Hello
When we prepare a mixture how can we determine priority of substances ? Which one must we add firstly or which one must we add secondly? …etc….

Well, I think it depends on what you are trying to mix. If it is the ingredients for a paint for example then the best way is to mix your solids into a paste with some liquid. Then you let the lot down gradually with the water/bunder to get a good dispersion - otherwise your mixture could go lumpy if you chuck it all in at once.

Tell us what you are mixing then we can let you know if it is important or not to get the order right.
