2,2-bis(3-phenyl-4-hydroxyphenyle)propane preparation
i am working on the preparation of 2,2-bis(3-phenyl-4-hydroxyphenyle)propane,i adopt the following react route
:OPP(ophenylphenol)+acetone--->2,2-bis(3-phenyl-4-hydroxyphenyle)propane,just like the preparation of bisphenol,the react mechanism is easy,but we
can't find any information about the characters of this chemiscal(2,2-bis(3-phenyl-4-hydroxyphenyle)propane),such as boiling point,melting
point,crystal method and so on ,can anyone get any information for me ??? another question: when the reaction is finished ,how to get the
crystal?condensation?what is the best solvent?what is the best crystal method?
