This looks nice. It is very readable.
Thanks for alerting me to its existence (Okaris) and for providing a copy (CJ). It looks rather useful.

Thanks for the attachment, Corrosive Joseph. The PDF appears to be missing some chapters though, as seen in the first post made by franklyn:

There is a total of 25 chapters, plus the Appendix and answers to selected exercises.
