Anode materials selection
I just start new job working (SBIR company) on developing anode material for lithium battery applications. The result changes and not repeatable even
though the fabrication is in a glove box. Can anyone kindly suggest how to improve repeatability?

What type of materials are you working with? What are the issues you are encountering?

Since the question is vague, I have to assume the problem is basic.
A glove box is a closed system, and contamination is a concern. If acetone is used in the glove box, then batteries assembled in the box contain
acetone. I assume that the oxygen and moisture sensors are present (and functional). Hopefully you are using argon instead of nitrogen.
What is the scale and nature of the problem?
Are you working with a mentor, or by yourself?
