Gravity/siphon. The cut-off pop bottle is my ice water reservoir. 90% of my extractions are with acetone so all it takes to reflux is hot water, and
therefore not a lot of heat to dissipate so I just stop start water flow as needed using a clothespin..

Yeah, I do that too. I usually have a half milk jug up on a ring stand with ice water, and a little spigot on the other side of the condenser to let
more fresh cold water flow in when needed.

Not the latest or best photo, but the best one I could find right now.

I'll second that^^. I'm a jealous guy. Despite being 26 years old, I couldn't grow a proper beard if my life depended on it, haha. Also glad to know
that I'm not the only chemist who likes metal(ocalypse).

Be careful as not to get chemicals in it... It seems rather hazardous in that manner...

here are a few from half a year ago.
1) me abusing the cat
2)Ze evil doctor
3) dunno what to call this, it was a total mock up, the lines were flour and the glass was full of apple juice I thought it looked pretty cool
a new pic will come up as soon as I take one
the glasses give me a real nerdy look I think.
all above information is intellectual property of Pyro.

Erm, I think kraken was quoting franklyn's old post
which most definitely was a sperm cell, not B&Fs cheek cells. A bit confusing when the pictures don't go in the quote. Just check the author.
