I'll asume you're looking to produce Cl<sub>2</sub> gas.

That's easy ! Electrolysis ! The copper will plate on the cathode. Chlorine will be released
at the anode. Keep them far apart and the solution cold, otherwise hypochlorites, chlorates,
and possibly perchlorates will form.
