Source for obscure science journals?

We often have need to obtain articles from lesser-known journals from Eastern Europe, and our document service sometimes cannot get them. I've come across http://www.eastview.com , who seem to be able to do so but I've not used tehm yet. Has anybody had experience with them, or with anther service?

Thanks

Link was ok, forum software just did a poor job auto-linking.
