Kinetic software
Can anyone reccomend some good software for simulating mechanisms and analyzing kinetic data?
I have several experiments where i carefully measured concentrations of various products and reactants with time and have plotted their changes. I'd
like software that can determine what mechanism fits or at least let me define a mechanism and fit the rate constants to the data.
So far i'm using Dynafit 3 but it has limitations.
thanks

Sorry fot the late post, but might still be interesting.
I have used gepasi for a lot of my simulations and fittings. I would recomend it as it is not impossible to learn and flexible enough for you to do
almost anything.
You can find it here:

I took a PhD in neuropharmacology and all I got was this bloody t-shirt.
