efficacy of Bentonite for alkaloid separations
I am curious as to whether or not one could use food grade bentonite for chromatographic separation of alkaloids.
I've been using this stuff for a long time, (as a dietary supplement):

For the price, you can't beat it. QA/R&D Director tells me that the particle size is 325 mesh. "99% of the particles are smaller than 44 microns"
