Check out eBay, before doing a search for private chemical suppliers. . .

I don't know about EU, but I live in Mexico and there's a webpage quiminet.com where you can find suppliers for all kinds of chemicals and materials,
I bet there's something similar there to look for local suppliers.

Looks fairly pyro-related. Mainly fuels, oxidizers and helper materials. Nothing really suspicious. For a starter this certainly looks like a decent
source with fair prices (4 PLN is slightly more than EUR 1). The site, however, is not complete and this company looks very new. Of course you could
give it a try with a small order.
What I am missing is the set of interesting metal salts, more special chemicals , etc.

Actually, his website is fairly new. He used to run a company called "Czort Chemicals" which had a more wide range of chemicals.
I've been speaking to him on email lately, and he will soon stock up on the usual laboratory chemicals as well as some more exotic salts and organics
just like in his previous store.
I know people who have ordered anything from 250g to 25kg from him, and he seems to be very reliable.

Yes, I've heard good things too. I'm guessing he wants to be a reliable supplier to 'non-institute' chemists across Europe...

Buying chemicals can be tricky but the problems are not that difficult to overcome.
Start small and try to set up reasonable relationships with suppliers.
Use a business address if you have one and explain why you want the chemicals in your initial approach.
Personal research related to brewing, photography, dying, ceramics, etc are all good and legitimate reasons depending on what you want to acquire.
If you have professional qualifications then tell the prospective supplier about them.
The same goes for age, if you are over the age of legal majority, eg an adult in the eyes of the law, then selling you alcohol, flammable liquids etc
is legal in most jurisdictions. Offering a credit card or a checking account as payment that only someone over 18 could hold is another assurance to
the supplier of your bona fides. They can also use your address to check that you are on the electoral roll, etc at the address claimed.
Remember that chemical suppliers want to sell their products to people that will put them to profitable and legitimate use and generate further sales
for them.
It is not that hard!

I know that in America if you live in a large city there will probably be a chemical supplier, so maybe look around the area. If not contact a local
university chemistry professor, they may be able to help you.

I'm implying you're italian from the name.
If you're from Turin, there's Chimica Strola: http://www.chimicastrola.com/
They sell to privates too, but only in the physical store i think.
