Cheeta is export controlled.
Giving a foreign national information about the code is "deemed export" and is forbidden by US criminal statutes.
US citizens have been, and will be, prosecuted for giving information about such things to foreign nationals.
I'll bet you knew that, too! Now go away.

Wake up and smell the coffee, Entropy51! Any such "export restriction" on any software item is impossible to police! Software can be strong-encrypted
to hide its identity and content, and electronically transferred anonymously across national borders with impunity! For example, the U$ Govt. tried to
stop the encryption program PGP from being exported out of the U$A because it was too hard for the N$A to decrypt, but simply failed. And what about
the First Amendment?
If anyone has a link for downloading Cheetah 5.0, please post it, privately if you think it necessary.
