Choose a logo
Which of the three proposed logos for the Home Chemistry Society
should be adopted?
You can find the logos in the following thread:

I like the first one (hand sketched) the best. I like the garage like structure, the flame and test tube...

Sorry about leaving that out --- is there a way to edit polls to
add an option?

I was going to suggest that Woelen should choose (since he has done the most out of all of us), but he called for a vote. I think that those who have
contributed so far should have more of a say. A pure numbers vote will not show that.

If you have more to say, please say it --- both this thread and
the other thread are open for discussion. At least this poll
will give some idea of the popularity of designs with members
and, from the results, it seems that chromium's design is
by far the most popular.

Just let's choose all of us, and then we can decide on the basis of all the personal choices, not just mine. Let's run the poll for a while
and see which logo ends highest and then we can make a more founded decision.

Also, remember that choosing a logo is just one little step --- there also are
many other things to do such as designing the webpage, deciding how
the society will operate, etc. Thus, I propose that we wait a week, If
nobody comes up with any brilliant new suggestions or proposes a new
logo by then, I propose we then chose one of the logos and move on.
As for me, I would have no real objection no matter which of the
designs may be chosen.

I agree with microcosmicus. There also have to be done many other things. I now am in the process of getting the domain to work. Next week I hope to
get it all up & running. If all else fails, then I always can setup a new web space, but that costs EUR 40 or so per year. I first will try really
hard to get the new domainname working together with my existing webspace.

I actually quite liked Woelen's design...
There's something about it, that I can't exactly put a finger on.
Also Chronium's design is pretty awesome...
