HPLC Waters Alliance

Patience can pay off, I have scored a complete HPLC system as well as a couple of columns. I have been getting parts when they come along hoping that one day I'll get the full kit. I was given a box with an old copy of millenium on it then an old alltech pump came along. But today I scored an alliance with a PDA detector and an autosampler. A manual injection set up also came as part of the deal...sweeet! Gonna get me some Acetonitrile some MeOH and some TFA...

A lie

I am so happy that I do not have to fit such a lot of fabulous equipment into my lab.

Nice! Welcome to the HPLC club. I recently got a HP 1050 setup.

You will find that high water quality is absolutely critical for gradient runs - distilled isn't good enough unfortunately.
