This is a universal charger. Charges everything from Li/Ion to Leclanche cells.
Yes. Recharges primary carbon/zinc batteries, alkaline batteries.......
Works with a kind of pulse charging - not to hard as drawings of the circuits are available.
Maybe slightly offtopic, ehem but thats a killer! (everybody will know now that I have a high battery throughput....)
WinRAR3.0 or higher and DJVU Plugin needed!
