Well you know they don't like government regulation in Texas. Why no one was aware of the dangers of ammonium nitrate is hard to fathom, since
historically it's produced one disaster after another, including the Texas City explosion in 1947.
Any other SF Bay chemists?

Texas just doesnt like regulation of businesses. Outlawing glass coffee pots and dildoes is fair game.
