Polyaniline as inert anode?
So a simple question:
Is there any way I can make polyaniline electrode suitable for use as the anode in chlorate production?
You know, it's an easy to make conductive polymer.

Answer #1: I wouldn't be optimistic about the results. A conductive organic polymer coupled with a warm, strong,
oxidizer would present a rocky marriage during the best of days. Even if it survives direct attack, once bias is applied to
the electrode the polymer will no doubt become oxidized. But hey, it would be interesting to try it and see what happens...
