Does an English copy of this book exist any where?
If anybody knows where one may be available could you please let me know, it would be much appreciated.
(In the forward by David E. Nichols I'm told Nichols expressed disappointment in the fact that it was not being published in english, I was really
hoping that something may have changed since then, or perhaps there is a way to special order an English copy that I'm not aware of)

No, but at this point that may be my only option, either that, or I learn German.
