found some free engineering literature in Croatia
I happened to be looking at various sites looking for free (decent) fiction and non-fiction, and I don't exactly remember where I found it but these
people have a lot of free research/best practices (IMO) literature-and they seem to have the old time philosophy of free access. I quote, " Open
Access is a way to publish scholarly information and make it available online to anyone in the world, at absolutely no cost to the reader."
