cyanamide/aluminium nitrate rocket propellant

i dont know if that forum talk about rocketry but anyway...

i have a debate with someone in a forum about cyanamide aluminium nitrate propellant,he said that this is one of the strongest propellants that amateurs can use in rocketry while i cant read anything on that combination or on the use of cyanamide as rocket fuel.
did he right? or just talking bullshit?.

and in case he is right, cyanamide is not extremely dangerous material? wikipedia has some confusing information about that,in the article about cyanamide they write that cyanamide has modest toxicity but in the NFPA symbol ther cyanamide has the rating 4 in toxicity "Very short exposure could cause death or major residual injury" and that dosnt seem "modest"...

Cyanamide is toxic but nowhere near as toxic as cyanide.
At one time calcium cyanamide was widely used as a fertiliser as it reacts with water to form calcium hydroxide, hydrated lime and cyanamide which then hydrates to urea.

Why nitrate.. why cyanamide... why aluminum ..

first cyanamide contains unnecessary Oxygen, aluminum nitrate is extremely hygroscopic with endothermic decompostion, this propellant will not be strong.
