Continuous Flow Microscopy
Hello all,
I'm looking to purchase/build a device that would allow me to observe bacteria from a liquid culture media over a period of time without manually
transferring the liquid to a slide. Something automated that could get the media to drip over the slide while simultaneously washing off the previous
'selection' of bacteria.
The reason I'm interested in this is because I want to be able to control an experiment via internet, and so I wouldn't be physically present to
monitor its growth. Would anyone happen to know of such a device, if it even exists?
As an adolescent I aspired to lasting fame, I craved factual certainty, and I thirsted for a meaningful vision of human life -- so I became a
scientist. This is like becoming an archbishop so you can meet girls.
