Browsing a lot, add this plugin for security
http://www.zerovulnerabilitylabs.com/home/exploitshield/brow...
they also recommend Virus Total.
Am using with NoScript and Threatfire, and no interference with them....

I doubt the usefulness of such a plugin. Maybe its OK.
Keeping JAVA, FLASH and ADOBE up to date is the most important. Horrible bug ridden software that no one updates, this is what all the exploits
target.
Of course don't use IE. Fire Fox and Chrome are way better. SRWare Iron is based on Chrome but fixes many of Google's evil privacy issues.
Microsoft Security Essentials is actually pretty decent and comes free with Windows.
Probably the best would be NoScript for Fire Fox. It can be a pain to use since it breaks most websites until you un-block certain scripts. You can easily block exploits and
privacy violations.
And my favorite, Ad Blocking Host File. Never see an advertisement again, and its just editing a text file.
Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and caldron bubble
