Looking for a replacement PTFE stopcock plug w/ 10mm bore, 24/40 profile
I went to purchase a piece of Chemglass glassware off of Ebay, but the part was listed as missing the stopcock.
I initially thought I could replace it with some other stopcock, maybe even one that I already have. But after looking into it, the stopcock size it
uses is a bit difficult to find for a reasonable price.
On the chemglass website, it lists the part as "CG-424-71 - 10mm PTFE Plug Only, 24/40", and its selling for $127.90.
Obviously a non-CG brand replacement would be ideal, but whenever I find websites selling replacements, they sell the same thing but for more $ (I suppose im looking for a substitute, notreplacement...)
If anyone has one of these that they could sell for a reasonable price, or know where I could find one, I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: The best I've found is product SM-1540-PTFE-158 on the SciMac website, but even that would be over $80 after shipping.

Still not great, but it’s $56.10 here: https://scimac.com/products/stopcocks/ptfe-stopcock-plugs/st...

Hm, I wonder what the differences between what you linked and what I linked. The page I linked to is titled Straight Bore PTFE Stopcock
Plugswith PTFE Handle & Nut, but both pages include handles and nuts.

I think the one you linked has a solid PTFE handle and nut, while the one I linked has those parts made of something cheaper, most likely HDPE. That
shouldn’t matter in most cases though.

I have couple Kimex (I think) stopcocks that appear to be what you want, they are 24 mm at the narrow end, 40 mm long, but only have a 8mm bore, which
should be work for anything less thick than concrete. I took as many photos as I could get, and posted 4. I would be happy to do one for $25 or 2
for $40, plus postage, likely $5 or so. I am happy to throw some free samples or whatever does not add to the postage, since it is such a small
item.

You're awesome. Ill take both. I could potentially widen the bore on one of them if it's ever necessary.
