Cool demo experiment video

I seen this and thought it was pretty cool. Haven't seen anyone else use this as an easy to do
experiment for the kids or whoever.

I enjoyed that. Thanks.
This design was a very early steam engine: a toy/novelty in the pre-James Watt days. No one really thought it would have practical applications.

That definitely would be intriguing to kids.
As j_sum1 said, the design is like that of a steam engine. An even cooler demonstration would be to do this with liquid nitrogen which I would consider a tad more dangerous than I would like something to be to explain the law of conservation of mass but then, this would be possible at room temperature.
