Buying refrigerant gas in the EU

I find myself in the need of R-134a; 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane. In the EU the purchase of fluoroalkanes in restricted due to environmental concerns. As i understand it they do not apply to individuals (of course finding a company that sells to individuals may be a challenge in itself). Is that correct and does anyone have experience buying similar compounds? Maybe a recommendation of a company?

This may be interesting for you:

https://sinuss.nl/gereedschap/chemicals/dusters/128818-es162...

This specific one contains HFC-134a (1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane). For product info see: https://www.chemtronics.com/ultrajet-2

I myself recently purchased another Chemtronics duster, pure HFC-152a (1,1-difluoroethane), without bitterant. This brand is called Chemtronics Blaster. Other brands also sell this stuff, but many brands contain a bitterant in order to discourage people from inhaling the gas.

Thanks, that is interesting. Also, i had not considered undeclared additives, they could have become a (explosive) problem.

read the cans for air horn expellant and for air dusters they usually contain either diflouroethan or 1,1,1,2 tetraflouroethan (134a)

fun fact of government incompetence, since I had my refrigerant handling license if one to be literal I can be fined up to 25k or jail for using air dusters, due to intentional release of refrigerant gas!
