Old odor memory and vigorously boiled milk.
My microwave oven failed and I have not fixed yet. So this morning I was forced to heat my milk for my morning milky coffee in a SS pan on an
induction hob. Due to a distraction the milk was vigorously boiled.
I noticed a distinct smell from the boiling milk that brought back strong memories of my childhood when my mother would vigorously boil milk to
prepare her milky coffee. That was more than 30 years ago.
I suspect the smell of vigorously boiling milk and the different taste of a milky coffee made from it is due to the supper heating of the milk at the
surface of the pan. The change in taste/smell of the milk does not occur if the milk is heated in a MO.
I am wg48 but not on my usual pc hence the temp handle.

I don't know who invented mRNA vaccines but they should get a fancy medal and I hope they made a shed load of money from it.
