Can anyone figure out what this device is?


Does anyone know what this device might be or what machine it is used in it was labeled Plug in Assembly from TOF (time of flight mass spectrometer)?

Looks like the guts from a mass spectrograph, likely one from a HPLC-LC. This is the ion trap, if it works it would be quite valuable, but I am guessing it doesn't now. Main companies are Agilent (HP's new name) and Waters in the US. I would geuss that part is thoughsands to buy new...

Yeah I've got two of them that I think are new bought as replacement parts and am trying to figure out exactly what to call it to sell it.

surely is a piece of a mass spectrometer that uses a TOF analyzer, on this board there are members with a lot of knowledge of this field, they surely have the right answer, not some approximated guess
