My house
It's a funny feeling to wake up, get a cup of coffee and start searching google for "sintered tube", then discover the window ledge beside you
randomly appears as one of the results.
To make it stranger still, I gave that stir bar to someone else on this forum; so it's been on my window ledges and surfaces submerged in iodine and
boiling sulphuric in the UK for years, now it's thousands of miles away with someone in the US, and now it's making an appearance on an Italian
company's site about motor oil and contact lenses. GO BLACK STIR BAR!
Maybe it'll have developed consciousness soon as a result of chemical and social exposure and fly by in a tiny aeroplane doing a loop-de-loop as I
die. "Goodbye Mr S. Bar! Long may you troll google after I leave this mortal coil!"
I have ZERO problems with people using my images or making fun of them, but claiming copyright on them is a bit much, everyone should have the freedom
to use them.
The new owner should take some photos of himself with it in the garden and in flasks, then pass it on when he's done with it. See how far round the
world the very distinct black bar can get. Where will his next home be? He was constantly going on about the Ukraine when he was here.

{edit}Can I have access to the general chat forum, as this would probably be better in there?

If it's copyrighted, then it's severely rude. You should claim for it.

LMAO, you always crack me up peach, hopefully that black stir bar has a good home, after the black stir bar has performed its services to the current
owner i'd love to be serviced by your stir bar peach. I'd take it on vacations in magical solutions, spinning in joy. I'd make a tiny little bed for
it and read it bedtime stories. I have his "white" brother here, all worn down and old, he never had the wonderful chance to engage in foreplay with
Iodine, or a two week stand with H2SO4. Maybe we should set up a "black stir bar fund" where everyone on the forum gets to use your black stir bar for
a few weeks. You do want him to have a fulfilling life right?

I may have had too much wine (likley). but im not grasping what a window ledge, your house, a sinterd tube and a magnetic stirbar have in common..
back in the good old days i had a failed dotcom website that had its domain poached to become a gay porn website redirector.
your stirbar may have gotten off lightly
cheers
