DIY Supercritical CO2 extraction
Do any of you fellas know of a good resource for making a relatively low volume supercritical CO2 extraction apparatus?

An old thread: https://sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=7157&...
Are you dreaming about aerogel, or maybe some nifty alcaloids?

The old thread got really bogged down. What you want is a cylinder big enough to hold the sample and let the gas expand. One end has a port to admit
*liquid CO2.* The other end lets the solution of CO2 (and caffeine as an example) flow out.
