flask looks like its peeling inside
I've been trying to remove a putative residue from my five jointed 3L rb. Ebay acquisition. No solution I've tried will make it look clean. I've
tried them all. I wonder if it got ruined by a prior owner using too much base? It look like it's peeling inside.

Hello,
Glass bottles etc are coated with Tin Oxide to make it tougher. Could that be what is peeling?
