do any body here know how to make a alpha alkoxy epoxide from aromatic ketones pls help I appreciated

The naming is ambiguous, please include a drawing or use iupac nomenclature.

Now off of the top of my hat I know that epoxide have acidic protons. See for example the discussion section on http://orgsyn.org/demo.aspx?prep=v94p0234.
Maybe one can make alpha alkoxy epoxides by addition to a carbonyl compound?
