Titration for chlorate consists of reacting the chlorate with iron sulphate and then reacting the excess Fe sulphate with K permanganate.
When you do this with Sr chlorate you get a ppt of
Sr sulphate. Does this effect the actual result?

I don't think it would since it's a redox titration and the precipitation doesn't remove redox-active species. You could pre-treat with sodium sulfate
and filter if you think the precipitate might cause issues.
