Your opinion is noted, but I respectfully disagree. I would suggest that this is a topic of interest to many people on this board, and it was posted
in the non-chemistry section. You don't like discussion of encryption in the non-chemistry section?

It takes very little effort for me to keep my lab notebook encrypted. I see absolutely no evidence whatsoever of any amateur using a lab notebook as a
defense and I see several instances where a well-meaning amateur went to prison after police read his lab notebook. |
