Sodium Carbonate on Ceres

It is believed now that the bright spots on Ceres are deposits of carbonate salts, probably mostly sodium carbonate.

Well, it is definitely interesting. And it is interesting that there were the conditions that allowed the formation of these compounds. However, I do not think it is going to tell much about astrobiology (but rather about astrogeology) :(
