Are perfluorocarbons good solvents?

Perfluorocarbons like perfluorohexane or perfluorooctane have many interesting uses, the most famous being liquid breathing. However, I can't find much data on their miscibility and their ability to dissolve various organic and inorganic compounds (except oxygen and a few other gasses).
Does anyone know how good are they at dissolving things compared to the more common solvents?

Generally, they are only good at dissolving other perfluorocarbons.
