I just start new job working (SBIR company) on developing anode material for lithium battery applications. The result changes and not repeatable even
though the fabrication is in a glove box. Can anyone kindly suggest how to improve repeatability? Zombie - 1-5-2015 at 18:25
The smart guys will help but you need to post more info.
What type of materials are you working with? What are the issues you are encountering?
What results are changing?WGTR - 1-5-2015 at 21:46

Since the question is vague, I have to assume the problem is basic.
A glove box is a closed system, and contamination is a concern. If acetone is used in the glove box, then batteries assembled in the box contain
acetone. I assume that the oxygen and moisture sensors are present (and functional). Hopefully you are using argon instead of nitrogen.
