Chemistry demo

Hey guys i'm new here and you guys seem to know your stuff.
I'm going to a job inerview for a tech position at a high school and
I need to demonstrate an example of a chemical change and an example of a physical change.

I'd like for it to be more than just boiling some water if ya know what i mean .

any help appreciated.
