Has anyone an idea about making
NaAlH4, I need it really.

E.b.C: spelling.

Assuming its anything like LiAlH4, it requires sodium hydride and aluminum hydride.

React sodium hydride with aluminum trichloride (anhydrous) I'm sure there is a procedure somewhere out there for the more common lithium aluminum hydride from which you can work with that as a general guide. Please put more effort into your post next time, things like Na(Alh4) hurt my eyes, it's NaAlH4 more searching before hand will work as well.

"Na(Alh4), i need it really."

Just in case, a word of warning: not to be taken internally.

thank you at all!

I just want to notice that i need NaAlH4 to run those reactions

1).

2NaAlH4 + KClO4 ----> Na2O + Al2O3 + KCl + 4H2

2).

6NaAlH4 + 2C(NO2)4 -----> 3Al2o3 + 3Na2O + 2CO2 + 4 N2 + 12H2

you mean that i will have this reaction

NaH + AlH3 ---> NaAlH4

well;

but what about this soduim hydride ?

can we get it by :

2Na + H2 ---> 2NaH ( to get soduim we must electrolyse,it is too hard to get)

or

2NaOH ----->(temprature) 2Nah + O2 (it looks stupid!!!)

how can we get soduim hydride from soduim hydroxyde ?

or

Na2O + something ----> NaH + something ???

Anyway I need some advise to get this reactif( NaH , ALH3 )

You want this just to make sodium oxide?

Sodium hydride from sodium metal and hydrogen, at high temperature, in absence of oxygen. You just might be better off buying it.

If it's hydrogen you're after, there are better ways.

Thanks!
but in my country i can't buy soduim metal
it does'nt exist in the "market"
so anythig will be homemaking

at all the problem now is fixed :

just to get soduim metal.

and i didn't look for souduim oxydes
because the reaction 1 & 2 itsselfs are
the reaction of propulsive mixture for rocket and this just what i m looking for!

Just stick with regular old flash powder KClO4 + Al. I don't think its worth the time to go all through all that crap but thats just me. Or if you wanted a yellow colored flame you could use soidum perchlorate, sodium bi/carbonate and or any other sodium compound.

Maybe aluminum hydride might be worth your time. Or how about ball milling some magnesium in a hydrogen atmosphere.

This is just me assuming your into pyrotechnics;)
