Why is Sulfuric Acid used to Neutralize
KAl(OH)4 Rather than HCl or HNO3, thanks for the assitance.

Alum is a synonym for KAl(SO4)2. It is a double salt of Aluminum and Potassium Sulfate.

If you neutralized KAl(OH)4 with a different acid you would not end up with alum but a different aluminum/potassium salt + H2O
