It's: 82.145.208.151. Why?! It happened after I logged in! All other proxy addresses from other browsers work. Seems like a targeted ban!

It just means that one of the proxy servers you use was used to post spam in the past 3 days. I have dramatically decreased IP banning, but addresses
that actually post spam (as opposed to just putting spam in profiles) are still temporarily blocked.
