Sciencemadness Discussion Board

The hijacked thread recovery thread.

It is commonplace on science madness for some members to push their own political agenda to the extent that it ruins the original thread. (a small comment here and there isn't so bad) However, need i remind you that this is a chemistry forum and not a political discussion site.

Thus i have created the hijacked thread recovery thread (HTRT) for when a chemistry thread is overrun by non-chemistry topics: when placed here a moderator at their discretion can remove the deteriorating threat nonsense.

My first request: http://www.sciencemadness.org/talk/viewthread.php?tid=26429
It is highly patent where it all goes down hill...

How is this different in anyway from the detritus section, other than that it can be posted in?

The point is to salvage threads with useful information (look at the example i gave) so that all of the detritus posted is removed and the useful thread can be continued to posted in. see what i mean?
