Hydrogen peroxide affinity..

Is it safe to assume that if a compound is fairly hydroscopic it will have a large affinity to hydrogen peroxide as well (since water is so similar) -- I wonder what other chems show affinity to each other - besides water..

Bonding in H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> is different than H<sub>2</sub>O, therefore different chemical natures.
