Odd, that book also lacks the necessary sections. Notice how there is no section 1.76: the last page of chapter 1 ends right before this, cutting off
the end of a sentence.

You are correct the table 1.1.15 is missing along with the index of the chapter, so whoever scanned it messed up now to fix it one just has to get
another complete copy.....solo
